Play as one of the many Xiao Bengs (young punks) trying to xian (chase) Xiao Lian and see if you emerge the ultimate chee hongster (flirt)!

How to play:

Separate the Xiao Lian and Xiao Beng decks and set them at the center of the table. Then deal 3 Xiao Lian cards and 5 Xiao Beng cards to each player. The player who has been involved in the most YP drama will be our first Xiao Lian! Trauma bond over teenage relationship drama as you choose this player amongst yourselves!

The appointed Xiao Lian player plays a Xiao Lian Card and dramatically declares your problem to the others. Think of it as that one person you’ve always tried to woo that’s messaging a bunch of suitors! Take note that each card generally ends with “...” this is meant for you to further expand and make Xiao Lian’s problems much worse! Roleplaying as an Ah Lian is highly encouraged.

The other players starting in a clockwise fashion after the Xiao Lian player then respond with a Xiao Beng card in order to win the affections of Xiao Lian. Take note that each card generally ends with “...” and is meant for you to further expand to win the heart of Xiao Lian. Roleplaying as an Ah Beng is highly encouraged.

After all other players have played their Xiao Beng card, the Xiao Lian player then decides which response was best! The Xiao Lian card that is won is then given to the Xiao Beng Player and placed face up in front of them. This represents 1 Point. The player to the left of the current Xiao Lian will be the Xiao Lian of the next round.

The game ends when one player reaches 3 points (I.e. Receives 3 Xiao Lian cards) (4 Points in a 3 player game) proving that they are the ultimate Chee Hongster!
